For my basic reading classes I decided to make my own book. I made about 10 books total and handed them out during class so the students could read it! Some of the kids enjoyed the books better than others; one kid wanted to keep his, and one kid tore his up. Here are some pictures!

Ha! That guy on the floor is hilarious:)
yes, one thing i learned at kids world was to not get too attached to any block tower or piece of art i colored with crayons, because in one minute or less some little kid was bound to come along and smash it or add their own embellishments.
Oh I love the photo of Arlen. He's my favorite kid.
